Jon Gosselin Tries To Stop TLC Filming

Jon Gosselin has taken legal action to stop the filming of Kate Plus 8 after he was fired from the show.

Jon's attorney, Mark Jay Heller, sent the following letter to TLC this week after Jon was fired. "Effective immediately, no production crews are to enter Jon's family home for any reason. In the event that anyone enters the marital property, Jon Gosselin will notify the local authorities to effectuate police action against any trespassers."

Gosselin even took it a step further by putting up a sign on the gate of his home with grammatical errors and all. Check out how he spelled "penalty" and his name "Jonathon." Do you think Jon has the right to stop production of the show?

Patrick Swayze dead at 57

Patrick Swayze in 2008 looked in great spirits as he walked through LAX airport security. When asked how he was feeling, the actor said he was cookin,’” and when asked about his health, he replied, “I’m a miracle dude; I don’t know why.” Swayze was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer but is reported to be responding to the treatment well. He arrived wearing a cap and sleeveless hoodie with two pairs of glasses round his neck. After taking off his boots for the screening process, he waited for his bag before jetting off to film ‘The Beast’, his new television show.

Bradley Cooper blames Bale for role loss

Christian Bale is Hollywood’s whipping boy. Actor Bradley Cooper is blaming the Batman star for costing him the lead role in “The Green Lantern.”

Cooper auditioned to star in the upcoming comic book movie adaptation, but screwed up in his screen test by imitating Bale’s husky-voiced portrayal of the caped crusader.

“I couldn’t not do Christian Bale’s Batman when I was doing the audition. I don’t know what it was. You put a mask on, and I actually said, ‘I’m Batman.’ When I walked back and saw (the playback) I thought, ‘Oh my God!’ It looked like a Saturday Night Live sketch. I was like, ‘Oh, I’m not getting this!’” Cooper said. The role ultimately went to Ryan Reynolds.

SYTYCD Choreographer Alex Da Silva Arrested on Rape Charges

So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Alex Da Silva has been arrested on rape charges.

E! Online reports that Da Silva was arrested in his North Hollywood home and charged with eight felony counts in relation to four of his dance students. Apparently, the assaults occurred between August 2002 and March 2009 and involved several of his students ages 20 to 26. He is currently held under $6.2 million bail and could face life in prison if convicted.

The “High School Musical” stars have been dating for four years, since meeting on the set of the movie.

The pair still go out on dates and are regularly spotted courtside at Los Angeles Lakers’ home games.

And Hudgens said she like nothing more than catching a game with Efron.

“I love going to the basketball. I’m such a fan of the L.A. Lakers and whenever we go it’s because we’ve bummed tickets off other people and we get to sit courtside. It’s my favorite night out,” said Hudgens.

Dina Lohan has said that when Lindsay arrived there this morning after a night partying at a friends birthday bash she discovered that she had been robbed. "The safe was ripped out of the wall, and the door was off the hinges and door handles removed. Bags, shoes and jewelry were taken too. Thank God she wasn't home," Dina said.

The LAPD is currently investigating the burglary.
