Several Heidi Montag Playboy photos from the September 2009 issue have been released. And they dissapoint. Although the tv reality babe did pose nude, only the PG-13 photos ( Heidi in lingerie/bikini) made the final cut. However, Mrs Pratt intends to strip down completely but only after she gets more plastic surgery. “The body is a beautiful creation. If anything, the reason I didn’t show everything is because I plan to get a few more upgrades. I’m definitely not done with my surgical quest”, adding that she’d like “to go bigger on my boobs” for husband Spencer. Heidi also admitted she hadn’t told her dad about the racy photoshoot cause they are “a little behind the times where he lives in Colorado, but he’ll find out eventually.”
