Jon Gosselin and Kate Major's secret hand written contract has been exposed!
The contract was written up so Jon could hire Kate as his personal assistant. The note laid out plans for Kate to get paid for representing Jon and only report positive things to the press. RadarOnline got their hands contract, which was written up during a romantic getaway on July 28th. A source has said that this will be a major piece of evidence in TLC's breach of contract lawsuit against Gosselin.
Some of the highlights reads as follows:  "I, Jon Gosselin will employ Kate major as a personal assistant handling some but not all future accounts. She will be a sub-contractor. She will receive a percentage of accounts for payment based upon involvement."  "I, Kate Major will run any media inquiries past Jon Gosselin before doing any on-air or print work. If Jon does not give his consent, the question will be excluded from the interview." Kate then adds that she will not "comment publicly about OUR relationship."
