Lindsay Lohan showed off her newest tattoo while out and about in L.A. The new tattoo is on the inside of her right arm saying, "I restore myself when I’m alone / everyone’s a star and deserves to twinkle." The note is decorated with a flurry of colored stars.
The tat is actually a Marilyn Monroe quote that Lindsay holds close to her heart. Lindsay has previously said that she admires Monroe, her life and even her death. This is her third tattoo, the other are "la bella vita" on her back and "shhh" on her finger, which she got with Lily Allen.
