Former Growing Pains actor Andrew Koenig was just found dead in Vancouver, British Colombia where the Olympics are being held.. The actor was reported missing since February 14.
Vancouver police confirmed that Koenig, 41, was found in Stanley Park around noon today. A police news conference was set for 5 p.m. local time in the park to announce their findings. It was also revealed that Koenig's parents received a desperate letter from Andrew last week and that he had stop taking his medication about a year ago. Also, Koenig sold or gave away many of his possessions and moved out of his apartment in Venice, California recently. He then traveled to Vancouver but the cause of his death are still unclear. Interestingly, he was arrested in 2008 while protesting U.S. involvement in the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in China because he opposed China's support for a repressive regime in Myanmar.
