Nicole Richie was just involved in a car crash and is currently seeking medical treatment.
Her Land Rover was rear ended by a paparazzo in Beverly Hills after he was following her for a picture. The driver was arrested on the scene for driving without a license. Ritchie refused medical attention at the scene but later went to L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with her mother to be treated for minor injuries. Luckily, her two children, Harlow and Sparrow were not in the car with her at the time of the accident.
