It's being reported that Tiger Woods was listed as an overdose when he was admitted to the hospital following car accident. The hospital note was marked "OD" and that he was having issues breathing. It also indicated that the investigating officer at the scene suspected Woods overdosed on Vicodin and Ambien and had drank alcohol before his crash after looking into his medical records.
