Brittany Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack, is cashing in on his wife's recent death. He is charging $1,000 per person to attend a memorial event for Brittany and to launch the Brittany Murphy Foundation, which is dedicated to arts education for children. He is suggesting $1,000 per individual and $10,000 from corporations to attend the event in Beverly Hills and is claiming he started the charity with $1 million of his own money.
