Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller just checked into rehab for crack addiction. Brooke checked into rehab last week for both crack addiction and alcohol addiction. A source told the press that, “Her mother has been attempting to convince her to go into rehab for a while now." She even went on an all nighter with Sheen the day before she checked into rehab. Apparently, Brooke has been drinking heavily and smoking crack for several months which might have contributed to the Christmas Day 911 call claiming Sheen was holding a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her. She was in rehab for the same thing back in 2001 so it seems this is a pattern for Brooke.
