Victoria Beckham goes under the knife. Again.

How much plastic surgery will this woman have? Victoria Beckham has reportedly had a third breast operation. The more alien-like half of Posh and Becks allegedly had her implants taken out of her chest, taking her from a 34DD to a 34B.

Supposedly the operation is supposed to help her restyle herself from footballer’s wife to fashion designer.

A source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “Victoria has wanted her implants taken out for a while. She felt that was part of her old image - the big hair, big boobs, fake tan - and that she has moved on since those days.

“She had the operation three weeks ago and is very pleased with the results. After the procedure she came to London for business then went to France to heal properly in private.”

According to reports, the implants were put in during an operation in 1999 in London and took her from 34A to 34D. She went at it again two years later to get up to a 34DD.
