Jon & Kate Gosselin's Divorce Finalized

Jon and Kate Gosselin's divorce was just finalized by Judge Arthur Tilson this morning. According to Kate's lawyer, "Our client will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home." The terms of the settlement include a hefty child support payment for Jon and re-payment of the $235,000 he siphoned from the pairs joint bank account. This plus the fact TLC has banned Jon from making any public appearances other then on TLC doesn't bode well for this bachelor. Oh yeah, and Kate gets to keep the house and kids.
