The reality star went through a radical transformation for the E! show Secret Celebrity. Kim rocked the new look thanks to some top-notch prosthetics. "I needed to get a molding of my face so I could have a prosthetic nose, cheeks, and neck put on! I look like a completely different person! My name was Cynthia...after my cousin Cici!"
