Farrah Fawcett hospitalized



fawcettNo word on whether Ryan O’Neal and Farrah Fawcett were able to tie the knot before the bad news this afternoon. Fawcett, who is fighting cancer, has been hospitalized in California and is undergoing urgent treatment.

According to reports, the 62-year-old actress has been admitted to a clinic near her Los Angeles home.

“Entertainment Tonight” reported that Fawcett’s partner Ryan O’Neal is trying to get a temporary jail release for their son Redmond, so he can be by the Charlie’s Angels star’s bedside.

A representative for the star said, “We are not disclosing where she is at this time. She continues to be treated for her condition.”

In a TV interview, set to air on Friday, O’Neal said Fawcett is “fighting for her life” but that he plans to marry her as soon as she’s well enough to exchange vows.
