Jessica Simpson and Beyonce shaken by earthquake

jessica simpson 060809Several stars felt the earth move, under their feet. They felt the sky tumbling down, tumbling down. Wait. It was just a 6.6 earthquake on the Richter scale that hit Japan Monday and thus not worthy of those lyrics.

Despite living in California, Jessica Simpson thought she was “hallucinating” when she was caught in an earthquake in Japan.

She was in Japan to film her new reality show, “The Price of Beauty” when the earthquake hit Japan’s Surunga Bay at 5:07 a.m. It measured 6.6 on the Richter Scale.

“Thought I was hallucinating. I have never felt anything like this in my life. Laying in bed watching CNN (sic),” she posted on her Twitter page.

Simpson wasn’t the only star shaken by the earthquake.

Beyonce Knowles and her sister Solange were also in the country, and felt the earth move.

Solange wrote on Twitter: “My sister said she was scared out of her mind and calling my mom and I was snoring.”
