Charlie Sheen has just surrendered legal custody of the two kids, Sam and Lola, he had with ex wife Denise Richards. TMZ reports that Charlie and Denise signed a written agreement which states that Denise will have full custody of the kids. The reason for the change in custody is because of Charlie's recent issues with domestic abuse with Brooke Meuller, alcohol issues and other criminal problems. 
It's also being reported that Sheen has been paying Denise $50,000 a month in child support since their divorce and he now will be paying $55,000 a month in child support to Brooke Meuller! It sounds like Sheen really got screwed financially and emotionally due to his constant problems.
