UsMagazine.com has confirmed the news that the pair got engaged during their recent vacation in Jaipur, India. The romantic getaway was a gift says a friend, "She told him how much she loved Indian culture while they were eatingcurry in England, so he surprised her." Katy and Russell have been posting pics of their travels and Katy's new henna tattoo which reads, "Isn't it lovely?" She also wrote that "In India, the motto...you gotta go with the flow..." It sounds like Katy definitely went with the flow!
