In Touch Weekly is reporting that Jon Gosselin has proposed to his new girlfriend, 22-year-old Hailey Glassman!
The source reveals that "Jon has been telling everyone that he loves her and she loves him, so why waste time? Jon presented Hailey with a $180,000 engagement ring designed by Edouard Nahum — featuring a skull surrounded by four black diamonds — during a romantic getaway to St. Tropez on July 12."
The pair was spotted in St. Tropez over the weekend but this is the first report of an engagement. Glassman has come under fire for her scandalous Facebook pics (story) and of course her now famous mugshot (story) after an arrest for Marijuana possession.
