Miley celebrated at her 80's themed surprise party this weekend at NYC's Canal Room. The party included a performance by the cast of Broadway's Rock of Ages and a 80's themed cake designed by Buddy Valastro, from TLC's Cake Boss. Her mom Tish planned out the wild party which was celebrated with close friends, family and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. Tish admitted that "she loves the '80s, the fashion, the big hair– she thinks it's so funky."
